Restorative Practice
This talk will discuss what restorative practice is, what research surrounds restorative practice and how it can be used in school settings to break away from traditional behaviour management techniques and challenge the status quo for a more equitable, social, and emotional norm in schools today.
Suited for: Primary, Secondary, SENCO teachers and leaders.

Shrehan, thank you for your talk today. It has been the highlight of the conference for me, so far. In one of your slides you cited several references (Wachtel 2016, Hemphill et al., 2018, etc.) I wondered if you could provide the full citation as I am interested in following these up myself.

I think you mentioned there is a long lag between new thinking and its implementation in schools. I sincerely hope this will not be the case with Restorative Practice.

Hi Shrehan,

Thank you so much for this presentation. It helped me to look at managing behaviour aroma different angle.
restoring relationships and communities is hat counts at the end of the day.
I hope my behaviour managing choices will be more thoughtful now.
