Gillian spoke a lot of my language during this talk - (thank you for a great talk!). In regards to making students stakeholders and giving them responsibilities, ee did this in my old school. Student leaders with equal voice made up part of a "Geography Leadership Team" and made decisions at department meetings etc: https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/s ... s-11254542
