School improvement in a failing school. The balance of keeping existing schools triggered whilst taking capacity to improve a failing one is a risky business and delicate balance to achieve. I’d like to speak about both the risks and the rewards of this situation.

Would you include school librarians among your non-teaching experts> Or do you see them as teaching staff?

Great question. I think librarians can be both & we have certainly utilised them in that way over the years
