I'll be sharing starter steps for meaningful LGBT+ inclusion, making sure to bring your school community along with you. At Just Like Us, we recommend a pupil-informed approach and specialise in harnessing student voice, in addition to other essential steps, such as creating LGBT+ inclusive structures, systems and culture. I'll be specifically addressing starting LGBT+ inclusion in a school with a religious character.
